Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Atlas Studio. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy. By using Atlas Studio you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Atlas Studio is an AI-assisted creative production product operated under the brand JayQue by Abiodun Olawuyi, an individual operating from Germany. Atlas Studio is not operated by an incorporated company. Contact details are in the Legal Notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement, to use Atlas Studio. You must use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms and the rules of any platform you connect.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your authentication information confidential. You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

4. AI-assisted creative services

Atlas Studio helps you produce creative work — including ideas, scripts, storyboards, generated images and video, and edited cuts — with the assistance of AI and media services. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, may resemble other works, and requires your own review. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, use it, or publish it.

5. Creator control

Atlas Studio is designed so that consequential actions — in particular spending on generation and publishing to connected accounts — require your explicit approval. AI assistance in creating or preparing content is never treated as your authorization to publish it. You remain the decision-maker for anything that leaves the workspace.

6. Third-party integrations

Atlas Studio can connect to third-party platforms you choose, such as TikTok, using their official interfaces and the permissions you grant. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. Connecting a platform lets Atlas Studio prepare and, on your approval, carry out actions there; it does not transfer control of your account to Atlas Studio, and it is not by itself authorization to publish.

7. Publication responsibilities

When you approve a publication, you confirm that you have the right to publish that content to the chosen account and that the content and its settings comply with the destination platform's rules and with applicable law. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for the accuracy of the settings and declarations you select.

8. Commercial-content, AIGC, music & IP declarations

Where a platform requires declarations — such as commercial-content or branded-content status, disclosure of AI-generated content, music usage confirmation, or other intellectual-property representations — you are responsible for making them truthfully. Atlas Studio surfaces these declarations for your decision and, where content is AI-generated, carries that provenance through to the disclosure; it does not make these declarations on your behalf without your input, and it does not permit an AI-generated work to be presented as non-AI where its provenance requires disclosure.

9. Your content

You retain your rights in the content you bring to or create with Atlas Studio. You grant only the limited permissions needed for Atlas Studio to process that content to provide the features you use and to carry out publications you authorize. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any material you supply, including music, images, and footage.

10. Prohibited uses

You must not use Atlas Studio to: break the law or infringe others' rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights; create or publish content that is deceptive, harmful, or violates a platform's rules; misrepresent required declarations (for example, hiding that content is AI-generated where disclosure is required); attempt to bypass the approval and governance controls; or interfere with the security or integrity of the software.

11. Atlas Studio / JayQue intellectual property

Atlas Studio, the JayQue brand, and the software, design, and text of this website are the intellectual property of the operator or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to the Atlas Studio or JayQue names, logos, or software except as needed to use the product as intended.

12. Availability & changes

Atlas Studio is an early-stage, independently operated product. It is provided on an "as available" basis, and features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. We may modify the product to improve it, to meet legal requirements, or for security.

13. Third-party services

Atlas Studio relies on third-party AI, media, and platform services. We are not responsible for those services' availability, output, or decisions, including a platform's decision to accept, reject, restrict, or remove content you publish.

14. Suspension & termination

You may stop using Atlas Studio at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the product or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability — survive termination.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Studio is provided without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section limits warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

16. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it may not lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for injury to life, body, or health, liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), or liability for intent or gross negligence. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by mandatory German and EU law, liability for slight negligence arises only from the breach of an essential contractual obligation (a Kardinalpflicht) and is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. These terms do not waive, restrict, or exclude any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you have under German or EU law.

17. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of Atlas Studio.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
